The story behind the picture: I've been up to Mauna Kea to watch the sunset for a couple of times now. The sunset was always nice but due to the elevation of 4200m there weren't a lot of clouds in the sky. A nice sunset is just not as spectacular as a sunset with red clouds. This time we were lucky enough to see what I wanted. Reddish clouds above a cinder cone and the James Clerk Maxwell Telescopes. There was even a bit snow on the top. A very special feeling from sea-level to 4200m or from the beach into the snow. Calculate Price
